Questions before the site visit
Do you work on places with no utility power?
Yes. Most jobs have none. We size the system to the loads, draw it on one sheet and wire it.
What does the inspector check?
The guide walks through the four stops: rough-in, the service, the sources and the final. Your inspector may add to it, so we ask them first.
Can I do some of the wiring myself?
Where your state and county allow owner work, yes. Ask your inspector what your permit lets you do. We do the work that needs a license, and look at the rest before the inspector arrives.
Do you work nights or weekends?
No. We work weekdays from 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. If you see sparks or smell burning, call 911 for a fire, and if it is safe, turn off the breaker.
How do I check your license?
The class and number are in the footer, with the board that issued it. Look it up before you hire anyone.
What does a site visit cost?
It has a fee, stated before we drive out, and it comes off the work if you hire us.
Do you wire solar panels and batteries?
Yes, the electrical side. We do not sell them. We tell you which brands we are willing to install.
How far will you drive?
Kalispell and the valleys around it, as far as Libby and Thompson Falls. The service area list on the contact page has the towns.
When can you start?
Roads and weather decide. Most sites open late spring and close with the snow, so we book the visit first and the start date after.
How do I send you photos?
Text a photo of the site, the plans or the panel to (406) 555-0103.
Still have a question?
Call or text. We call back on weekdays.
